Beginner Classes help you start from scratch. If you’ve never done any sort of Pilates class before or are new to working out, start here. This is a progressive series meant to get increasingly more challenging each week.  NO props are required for this series. There is a method to this 10-week madness. 

 

Here is what you do:
Take the Pilates Tutorial to understand the props and Pilates positions

WEEK #1 – Take class 1, 3 times
WEEK #2 – Take class 1, ONE time then class 2, 3 times
WEEK #3 – Take class 2 ONE time then take class 3, 3 times
WEEK #4 – Take Class 3 ONE time then take class 4, 3 times 
WEEK #5 – Take Class 4 ONE time then take class 5, 3 times 
WEEK #6 – Take Class 5 ONE time then take class 6, 3 times 
WEEK #7 – Take Class 6 ONE time then take class 7, 3 times 
WEEK #8 – Take Class 7 ONE time then take class 8, 3 times 
WEEK #9 – Take Class 8 ONE time then take class 9, 3 times 
WEEK #10 – Take Class 9 ONE time then take class 4, 3 times 
GRAD WEEK – Take Class 3 TIMES…and get ready to MOVE ON AND discover the PROPS and/or XPRESS classes!
